Giving Back Australia’s
Homeless Support Program: Challenging Stereotypes and Offering Real Support
Giving Back Australia has recognized that despite the presence of numerous organizations, support for the homeless is still insufficient. Our Homeless Support Program offers the community a chance to experience what it truly means to "GIVE BACK" and make a difference.
Through this initiative, we aim to break barriers by raising awareness about the stereotypes surrounding homelessness. By educating the community and encouraging understanding, we hope to foster compassion and provide more effective support for those experiencing homelessness.

we need to do more for our homeless community.
Giving Back Australia
runs several programs to support the homeless.
But we also realise that there is still much to do.
Giving Back Australia joins with other organisations in the heart of Sydney, to deliver fruit packs, sleeping bags, jumpers, and blankets. People living rough on the streets have several organisations that will, throughout the week, provide food.
Giving Back Australia
also arranges sanitary packs for homeless women, as well as general toiletries for everyone, dependent upon sponsorship.
There are however, few places that a homeless person can have a shower; instead many are forced to resort to ‘a bird bath’ washing in restrooms.
Recognising
this need Giving Back Australia has opened their doors to provide showering facilities.
